Our experienced team will guide you through the crystal-clear waters of Gili Trawangan, where you will discover a world of vibrant coral reefs, exotic marine life, and underwater landscapes.
We do not refer to you as customers, but as student divers whom we are committed to giving a true diving level. We start the course when you want, whether you are alone or not.
DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 01: Lombok Airport / Seaport – Gili Trawangan
Pick up at Lombok Airport or harbour and then direct transfer to the Hotel, check in at the Hotel and free time.
A meeting service will be held in the afternoon by a dive instructor and prepare dive equipment then watch dive video.
Day 02: Commencing PADI Open Water Dive Course
Session I from 09.00 – 12.00; introduction and theory
Session II from 13.30 – 16.00; further theory
Day 03: Continue PADI Open Water Dive Course
Session I from 09.00 – 12.00; Open water
Session II from 13.30 – 16.00; Open water
Day 04: Open water dive experience
Session I from 09.00 – 12.00; Open water
Session II from 13.30 – 16.00; Open water
Day 05: Extra dives experience and completed the PADI Open Water Dive Course.
Experience more dives on the best dive site on the Gili Islands, accompanied by dive instructor or dive master.
Day 06: Leave Gili and Transfer out – end of the program.
Check out from the hotel, transfer to the airport/seaport, end of the program
INCLUSION:
- 5 nights stay at Gili Trawangan base on twin sharing occupancy
- Welcome drink served upon arrival at hotel

- PADI Open Water Dive Course + Insurance (4 days)

HOW TO BOOK?
Booking can be made through online by email to info@lombok-picnic.com and we will take necessary action then send you the booking confirmation via email accordingly.
HOW TO PAY?
- We offer you two ways to make payment, by Bank transfer or by online payment ( pay pal ) you may selected one of it.
- To support your booking, we require 50% deposit from total invoice and the balance can be made upon arrival in Lombok base on cash basis in US$ or local currency.
- Online payment can be made through pay pal as an easier and safer to paid with additional 5% surcharge for pay pal administration fee. Payment form will be sent after we get your confirmation.
- Payment with bank transfer can be addresses to our account indicated on pro forma invoice and please be informed that we are not responsible for any surcharge or bank fee resulting from the amount and also can not be deducted from the invoice.
- Once we received the payment, we will issued the hotel voucher and send you via email as well as booking confirmation from Hotel
CANCELLATION & REFUND:
- No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation received TWO weeks prior to arrival date.
- For cancellation received within TWO week prior to arrival, 25% base on proforma invoice will be charged.
- For cancellation received within 72 HOURS prior to arrival, or in the even of no show, 100% from total invoice will be charged.
- Cancellation should be made in writing.
