Komodo and Flores tour package
Komodo and Flores tour package is a special tour designed where 2 different tour destinations are created in one tour package. One of the interesting itineraries is visiting Komodo Island to see the Komodo dragons in their habitat located in West Flores and then continue taking the land tours to visit several traditional villages on Flores Island. The best time to do this program is during the Summer season from April to November.

Komodo and Flores tour itinerary
Day-01: Arrive at Labuan Bajo
Welcomed by your guide at Labuan Bajo Airport and escorted to Hotel for check-in.
Day-02: Labuan Bajo – Komodo Island – Labuan Bajo ( B-L-D)
Picked up at the Hotel 06.00 to harbor and then sail to Komodo Island to see the rare animal in their habitat, back to the boat and sail to Bidadari Island for snorkeling and lunch, sail back to Labuan Bajo.
Day-03: Labuan Bajo – Ruteng ( B-L-D )
Check out from Hotel and then proceed to Ruteng, will stop at Cancar village to see spider rice fields are the traditional communal agriculture of the indigenous Manggarai people, Hotel check-in at Ruteng.
Day-04; Ruteng – Bajawa ( B-L-D)
From Ruteng drive to Bajawa through Ranamese lake in the middle of Flores to enjoy the panoramic, and after continuing to Bena traditional village Bajawa, check in at Hotel in Bajawa.
Day-05: Bajawa – Riung (B-L-D )
After breakfast proceeds to Riung and will stop at Soa to enjoy the hot spring water, and lunch served at a local restaurant. upon arrival at Riung check in Hotel and break for an hour, after continuing to seventeen Island (tujuh belas pulau) by boat for snorkeling in Rutong Island, after continuing sail to Kalong Island to see myriads of bats colonies hanging on the mangroves trees, afternoon back to Hotel
Day-06: Riung – Detusoko ( B-L-D )
The next trip to Moni will stop at Nanga Panda, the blue stone beach. Lunch at a local restaurant and drive to Detusoko, check-in
Day-07: Detusoko – Kelimutu – Maumere ( B-L-D )
Drive up to Mt. Kelimutu and enjoy the amazing sunrise. Return to hotel for breakfast and then continue to Maumere, check-in
Day 08: Maumere – Next destination ( B )
Check out and transfer to Labuan Bajo Airport. end program

Tour terms and conditions
Before you make any booking trekking or tours trip with us, it’s important to inform you that all trekkers, and travelers to go through the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you (client) and Lombok Picnic Indonesia.
All bookings are subject to a standard of our terms and condition below:
- Booking confirmation should be received a week prior to the arrival date.
- The price indicated is per person and valid for weekdays, and an additional surcharge of IDR 150.000/day trek for booking during weekends.
- For trekkers who are not able to complete their trek and need to extend for another night at the mountain, an additional surcharge may apply for guide, porter, and logistic fees.
- 50% off for kids under 12 YO and FOC for children under 6 YO

How to pay?
For your easy reference, we are offering 2 payments method and you can use one of it.
- Bank transfer – payment via Bank transfer will be addressed to our company account which is available on the invoice that we sent to you. And we are not responsible for any surcharge or bank fee resulting from the amount and also can’t be deducted from the invoice.
- Pay Pal – is easier and safer to pay with an additional 6% surcharge for pay pal administration fee.
Cancellation and refund policy
If any cancelation of tour service due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour cost
25 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour cost
20 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost
Cancellation less than 72 hours or no show, NO REFUND
If you made a cancellation trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, etc. we do not bear any responsibility for a refund.
