Komodo Flores Tour itinerary
DAY 01 : LABUAN BAJO AIRPORT – HOTEL
Your professional guide will greet and meet you at Komodo International Airport and then escort you to the Hotel in Labuan Bajo for check-in.
DAY 02 : KOMODO SHARING TRIP ( B, L )
On day 2, it’s time for you to explore some of the popular tourist destinations by speedboat in one day.
The journey will start at 06.00 from Labuan Bajo harbor and then by a speedboat to Padar Komodo Island. After 1,5 hour boat ride crossing the West Flores Sea, you will arrive and landed at Padar Island, Komodo. And then 45-minute trek to Padar Hill, where you can see and enjoy the spectacular view from the hilltop.
After enjoying Padar Island and beyond, your trip will continue with a 1 hour boat ride to Komodo Island. On Komodo Island, you will see the rare Komodo dragon in their habitat. Base on the Komodo National Park head office, Mr. Hendrikus Rani Siga, the total Komodo population in 2023 is about 3,396 Komodos. He said that the Komodo population increased ( 499 Komodos ) from 2,897 in 2018 to 3,396 in 2023.
Your trip will continue to Pink Beach, is part of Komodo Island and need only 30 minutes boat ride. Time for you to enjoy the Pink Beach Komodo, snorkeling, and swimming in clear water. And take your Lunch box.
The trip continues to Taka Makasar, a location near Komodo Island and 25 minutes boat ride from Pink Beach. Taka Makassar is a sand Island that can be seen during low tide, and offers you the best snorkeling spot.
Komodo Flores sharing boat trip from Lombok
From Taka Makassar, you will continue to Manta Point Komodo, which takes about 10 minutes boat ride. This is a popular place for divers and snorkelers to see the wild Mantas swimming in clear water.
Heading from Taka Makasar to Kanawa Island for the last destination, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Kanawa Island. Same as Taka Makassar, Kanawa is one of the best places for snorkeling and diving. Late afternoon 30 minutes ride back to Labuan Bajo, and the trip ends.
DAY 03 : LABUAN BAJO – WAEREBO TRADITIONAL VILLAGE ( B, L, D )
Breakfast at the Hotel and prepare for the next destination. You will be picked up at 08:00 and have a 6-hour drive to Diantor, where you will start trekking to Waerebo Village.
Lunch at Diantor before starting your trek, and after ready, take a motorbike to camp 1 and then start 3 hours hike to Waerebo village ( 1.200M above Sea level ), overnight at Waerebo traditional House, which is called Mbaru Niang.
DAY 04 : WAEREBO VILLAGE – RUTENG ( B, L )
Wake up early morning and enjoy the best panorama in Waerebo, see local activities such as farming, or see some people drying local coffee.
After exploring the village, time to leave the Waerebo village and then go back to Diantor, where you can rest and have lunch.
Proceed to Ruteng, on the way, you will stop at Cancar village to see spider rice fields, which is the traditional communal agriculture of the indigenous Manggarai people. Hotel check-in at Ruteng.

DAY 05 : RUTENG – BAJAWA ( B, L )
From Ruteng drive to Bajawa through Ranamese lake in the middle of Flores to enjoy the panoramic view, and after continuing to Bena traditional village Bajawa, check in at Hotel in Bajawa.
DAY 06 : BAJAWA – ENDE – MONI ( B, L )
Enjoy your breakfast at the Hotel and prepare for the next destination.
Check out and visit Langa village, where you will learn Ikat weaving of the Ngadaneese ethnic using natural dye.
From Langa village, continue to Bena Village, is a megalithic village and rich in culture, located in the Aimere District.
Your journey will continue to Ende, the spectacular spot where you find blue and green stone along the beach.
From Ende, continue driving to Moni, along the way, you will see spectacular views and make your trip unforgettable. Check in at the Hotel in Moni.
DAY 07 : MONI – KELIMUTU – MAUMERE ( B, L )
Early wake up ( 04.00 ) and then 15 KM drive to Kelimutu National Park and then start hike to Kelimutu crater rim, which takes 30 – 45 minutes ascend, and enjoy the spectacular 3 colour lake and get a special experience in Flores.
Descend and back to the Hotel for breakfast, check out, and proceed to Maumere for 7 – 8 hours. On the way, you will stop at Jofu village, a traditional village live by lionese and stop over in Koka Beach. Check in at the Hotel in Maumere.
DAY 08 : MAUMERE – AIRPORT ( B )
Breakfast and enjoy the Hotel facility, and 2 hours before flight time, you will be transferred to Frans Seda Maumere Airport to your next destination, and as the end of the program.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions below:
- Booking confirmation should be received a month prior to the arrival date.
- Booking can be made by filling out the booking form, which is available at the bottom.
- The price indicated is per person for all itinerary.
- Price quoted for regular season, high season might be applied from June to September, and from December to January 15.

Who can join this tour program?
The Komodo Flores tour is available for couples, groups, or families; however not recommended for elderly people.
When is the best time to take this tour?
March to November is a great time to visit Komodo and Flores. Calm and clear water is ideal for swimming and snorkeling in Komodo Island. December to February is not recommended because of bad weather, rough waves, and strong currents.
Deposit and payment method
50 % deposit is required once booking is confirmed, and the balance is to be made a week prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation and refund policy
50% charged for cancellation 15 days before the program.
75% cancellation fee for cancellation 7 days before the tour program.
