This trek program is one of our popular and best-selling trekking packages in Lombok Island, the trek program covers Senaru Crater Lake and hot spring water by the Lake.
Senaru village is the ideal place to start this trekking program to Crater Lake, from Senaru village ascends to the Senaru Crater rim where you will set your tent and overnight, and then descend to Segara Anak Lake on the second day and overnight at Segara Anak Lake.

Rinjani trekking to Crater Lake Itinerary
Day 01: Hotel – Senaru Village – Poss 3 – Senaru Crater Rim
Pick up from your Hotel at 06.00 by the driver and then escorted to Senaru village where the Rinjani trekking to Crater Lake starts, meet your local guide and porters in the village, and then permit registration at the Rinjani Trekking Center office.
Warming up and start hiking Senaru Crater Rim through the rain forest, your first stop and break at pos 2 for a snack and then continue to ascend to pos 3 ( 2000 m ) for lunch, and after lunch continue to ascend through grassland to Senaru Crater Rim and camping at Senaru crater rim (2,641 m) with an amazing view of lake Segara Anak and Gunung Baru, the small volcanic cone within the crater.
Day 02: Senaru Crater – Lake – Hot spring
Breakfast on the crater rim, enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and sunrise behind Rinjani summit. Re-packing and descending 3.5 hours to Segara Anak Lake. Along the trek to the lake is stones, need careful and need full assistance, lunch will be provided by the lake after lunchtime you will have chance to visit hot spring water near the campsite to get bathing and freshen up, spend time on hot spring and back to the campsite late afternoon dinner and rest on the lake.
Day 3: Segara Anak – Senaru Crater Rim – Senaru Village – Next destination
After breakfast by the lake, we retrace our footsteps around the lakeshore and commence our climb out of the crater and break at Senaru Crater Rim for a break and snacks, before continuing to Pos 2 for a longer lunch break. After lunch, we continue our descent through the forest to Senaru village where your car and driver wait, and then transfer to your next destination.

Before you book the trip with us, we ask that all trekkers or clients go through the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you (client) and Lombok Picnic Travelindo as the local agent in Lombok.
Trekking Price
All prices are quoted based on per person and valid for weekday trek activity, an additional surcharge for a National Park ticket mightbe apply for booking a weekend @ US$ 15.00 per trekker per day.

Please be informed that the tour booking should be made at least a week before the trek program and should be supported 50% payment in advance.

Last minute Booking
There is no last-minute booking fee for reservation within 3 days prior to trek however full payment is required.
Your personal Stuff
Lombok Picnic Travelindo supported this trekking program with a local guide and porter to carry all logistics and provide your meals during the trek program to ensure you get our best service. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the trek program.
You are advised to bring a few things to the mountain and the rest of your stuff you can leave it at our office and you will get it back at the end of the trek.
There are a few things you should bring and pack in your bag pack, and here are some of the items you should bring:
Headlamp, Trekking Boot, Dry Towels, Short and Long Pants, Slipper, Sunblock, A Camera, First Aid Kit, Insect repellent, Hat.
Payment and cancellation policy

Online payment via PayPal: Once your booking is confirmed by us, we will send you the official invoice and PayPal payment form via email, please open it and fill in all directions mentioned on the form and note an additional charge 7% for the Paypal processing fee.

Cancellation policy
Before you make a payment, you should be careful about our cancellation and refund policy below.
For any cancellation notice of tour service due to avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. The cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 7 days or less before the trek program, 25% cancellation fee is charged.
- 3 days before the trek program, 50% cancellation fee is charged.
- 1 day prior to the trek program or no show, NO REFUND.
- Incomplete trip or give up after starting the trek, NO REFUND.
- If you made a cancellation after the trekking commencement, NO REFUND.
- If any refund, we will proceed with it and applied to your original payment method.
