Lombok snorkeling tour is a full-day tour to explore some of the best beaches and unspoiled coral gardens of Gili Island in the southwest of Lombok Island.
On the Lombok snorkeling tour, we take you to snorkeling at Gili Gede, Gili Rengit, and Gili Layar. These Gilis are located about 60 km from Senggigi to the southwest of Lombok, and need a 1.5-hour car drive from Senggigi.
Gili Gede, Gili Rengit, and Gili Layar offer you a special snorkeling spot you can’t find on any other Island. Blue coral reefs, turtles, and many kinds of fish make this place different from other Gili in Lombok.

Lombok snorkeling tour itinerary
You will be picked up at 08.00 and then 2-hour smooth drive to Tembowong harbor, where the charter boat is waiting.
From Tembowong harbor, take 30-minute boat ride to the east of Gili Gede as the first snorkeling destination. Your guide will lead you to snorkeling at Blue Coral Reef and other best spots nearby from the boat.
After that 10-minute boat ride from the first snorkeling spot, we continued snorkeling at the Coral reef of Gilli Rengit. On this snorkeling site, you can see the large Coral garden, and if you are lucky you will find you will find turtles here.
The last snorkeling is at Gili Layar, just 5-minute boat ride from Gili Rengit. On this Gili, you will have lunch and continue snorkeling to find Nemo and other fish in their habitat.
Late afternoon sail back to Tembowong harbor, say goodbye to the boat captain and snorkeling Guide, and then drive back to your Hotel as the end of the tour program.

March to July are the great times to do this trip, Calm and clear water is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
August to November is still a good time to do Snorkeling and Swimming, however some sometimes the strong current makes it extra powerful to swim.
What should you bring on the tour program?
There are a few things you should bring: Extra clothing, fins and Mask, Dry towels, slippers, Sun block, a Camera, First Aid Kit, Insect repellent, and a Hat.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
How to pay for the tour program?
Before you make a payment or deposit, it’s important to note both of the payment methods.
- We are Lombok Picnic Travelindo, are not responsible for any surcharge fee or bank fee resulting from online payment or bank transfer.
- After your booking is confirmed, please send us 25% deposit.
- Payment/Deposit via bank transfer should be addressed to our company account, which is available on the invoice.
- Payment via PayPal will include an additional 6% for the PayPal processing fee.
- The balance of the invoice should be settled upon pick up, based on cash.
Cancellation and refund policy
Before making your tour booking, you should be careful of our cancellation and refund policy below.
Any cancellation notice of the tour service due to an avoidable or unavoidable reason, we must be notified of the same in writing. And the cancellation charges would be as follows:
7 days before the tour program, 25% cancellation fee is charged.
3 days before the tour program, 50% cancellation fee is charged.
1 day before the tour program or no show, NO REFUND
If any refund, we will process it and apply it to your original payment method.
