SNORKELING TOUR TO GILI TRAWANGAN ITINERARY

08.00 First, our Lombok Picnic team will pick you up and take you to the private harbor. Along the way, you can enjoy the beautiful coastline or make a short stop for photographs.

09.00 Then, you will arrive at Kecinan Private Harbor, meet your snorkeling guide, and check your snorkeling equipment. After that, you will take a 30-minute boat ride to Gili Trawangan.

GILI TRAWANGAN

10.00 Once you arrive at Gili Trawangan, you will spend an hour snorkeling to explore its underwater world, renowned for clear water, shallow reefs, and coral gardens. Here, you can snorkel over vibrant hard and soft corals and swim alongside wild sea turtles.

GILI MENO

11.30 Next, you will leave Gili Trawangan for Gili Meno, a great spot for snorkeling, famous for its calm waters, sea turtles, and the underwater statues that have become an icon of the island.

GILI AIR

13.30 After that, you will continue the boat ride to Gili Air and snorkel on the east side of the island, where you can find plenty of colorful fish. Once snorkeling is finished, the boat will land at Gili Air, where you can enjoy the tranquil white beach and have lunch.

16.00 Finally, you will head back to Lombok Harbor and drive back to your hotel, marking the end of the program.

The best time to snorkel at Gilis?

April to July is a great time for snorkeling, with calm and clear water.
August to October is clear water, and sometimes windy, strong current.
November to March is the rainy season, with rough waves and strong currents.

Strict prohibition during snorkeling at Gili.

First, don’t ever step on or touch the coral during snorkeling.
Also, keep a distance of at least 1 – 2 Meters from the turtle and don’t touch the turtle.
And, do not throw out the plastic waste in the conservation area on Gili.

Snorkeling tips for beginners

Warming up before you go to water.
Ensure your mask and fins are comfortable and tight.
Swim close to your guide or partner, and start snorkeling in shallow and calm water.
If water enters your snorkel, use a sharp, forceful breath to blow it out.
Avoid snorkeling or swimming in high winds or strong currents.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT METHOD

Payment
First, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Then, you should settle the remaining payment upon pick-up. For payment, we accept either an online bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellation and refund policy
It is important to let you know that if any cancellation of tour service is due to avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing, and the cancellation charges would be as follows:

7 days before the program, 25% cancellation fee is charged.
3 days before the tour program, 50% cancellation fee is charged.
1 day before the tour program or no show, NO REFUND.
If any refund is required, we will proceed with it and apply it to your original payment method.
